At the turn of a new Century, the city of Hong Kong is embroiled in depressions packed with news reports of suicides. People are feeling helpless and full of worries because of financial and family problems. On day, a strange man, carrying with him a life-detector, appears in a hospital and looks for patients with terminal sickness. He brings good news, hope and joy, and miraculously, even healing power to those people who are facing death.
