Corporate Affairs Manager 公司事務經理

    Responsibilities:

  1. The Corporate Affairs Manager is tasked with maintaining and enhancing the organization's brand and reputation in religious community and public, through strategic planning and development of both proactive (e.g. brand building campaigns) and reactive (e.g. crisis management) corporate affairs communications tactics. Essentially, he or she becomes the face of the organization, interacting with employees, media and other stakeholders to deliver the message of the organization and strengthen the image as a forward-thinking organization.
  2. Internal Communications:
    To keep employees abreast of the organization's VMV and strategic initiatives by developing an internal communications protocol that is both consistent and effective. Producing employee newsletters and organizing relevant functions that keep employees connected to both the organization and the communities it serves; creating a strong culture and ensure that values are followed as the organization grows and changes; designing integrated programs to reinforce staff's commitment to their work and promote cohesion and team spirit, regardless of their geographic locations.
  3. External Communications:
    The Corporate Affairs Manager also serves as the spoke-person/representative of the organization when interacting with the public, media sources and other related partners. The scope covers from media monitoring, drafting press releases, events management, representing the organization on various social/ religious issues. The job requires a proactive approach to establishing and maintaining a high-profile external presence and goodwill, and strategic thinking to enforce external communications plan that results in enhancing organizational reputation which drives more short-term/ long-term resources support.

    Requirements:

  1. The Corporate Affairs Manager must possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in the related professionals with proven track records.
  2. University or above graduated.
  3. Excellent media relationship is a must. Superior communication, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and writing skills are also necessary.
  4. He/She should have a definite capability to respond well under pressure.
  5. Solid working experience in NGO, media groups, agency and/ or public sector is an advantage.

    The Position

  1. The role of the Project Manager will assist Project Director to programme and administrate different projects to support the marketing activities for the organisation. This is a front line position helping in the enhancement of TME brand image through professional project management.

    Responsibilities:

Senior Creative Copywriter 高級創意寫作員

    The role of the Senior Creative Copywriter, working with different creative teams, will be to develop creative communication messages to support the marketing activities of ministry. This is a front line position helping in the enhancement of TME brand image through creative writing.

    Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with different creative teams to architect and implement the overall look and feel of communications materials including but not limited to slogans, catchphrases, messages and articles for ATL, BTL and TTL projects, both internally and externally;
  2. Liaise with both external and internal clients and interpreting their briefs;
  3. Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the Visual Design Department;
  4. Familiarise himself/herself with the organisation's V&M, Core Values and Brand Position
  5. Write clear, persuasive, original copy;
  6. Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar;
  7. Amend, revise or redevelop communication material in response to feedback from both external and internal clients;
  8. Work on several projects at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines;
  9. Keep up to date with popular culture and trends;
  10. Monitor the effectiveness of communication campaigns;

    Requirement:

  1. University graduate major in languages, translation, communication/journalism or equivalent;
  2. 5+ years of direct response copywriting experience -- samples required;
  3. Strong experience in copywriting and testing for communication;
  4. Working experience in creative industry is a plus;
  5. Brand strategy and implementation support experience preferred;

Senior Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist高級數碼市務主任

    Job Description:

  1. Develop and execute digital and effective marketing strategies and management, including but not limited to monitoring usage, content update and response to queries, promotion, and campaign
  2. Maintain and update company's websites and new media platforms (Twitter/ Facebook/ Weibo/ Youtube/ Linkedin/ Pinterest/ Instagram/ Tumblr/ Blog)
  3. Plan, develop, execute and track different digital marketing & communications platforms for promotional campaigns
  4. Assist in planning and preparation of marketing material, reports and online advertising content
  5. Manage and work closely with agencies, production companies and designer to optimize creative performance, target results and to ensure timely delivery of various projects
  6. Measure and evaluate performance across digital platforms including website, social media, mobile apps, paid media, etc.
  7. Prepare regular reports on digital performance to management and cross-functional teams

    Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Media or related discipline
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in Digital Marketing and Communications

Creation Imaging Director (CID)

    The Creation Imaging Director On-Air Promos is responsible for the creative direction and execution of promo campaigns for series, specials and acquisitions to be presented on all platforms and off-channel platforms for marketing initiatives – all with the objective of driving ratings, awareness, and audience growth. The CID is also responsible for the creation of brand-building image campaigns that further the strategic positioning of the network and its ministries. This person leads a team of promo writer/editor – assigning work, guiding their development, providing creative direction, and managing expenditures. All this activity requires the CID to liaise and partner with other departments and stakeholders to communicate and coordinate the team's efforts across all layers of the ministry. You are also reinforcing the brand of our network, helping to increase ratings which drive ultimately the evangelistic efficiency as well as fund raising performance.

    Job Description:

  1. Develops innovative, brand-building creative solutions that drive ratings and growth.
  2. Works very closely with Programming, Promotions, Urban Mission and Sales teams, to develop strategy, tone and focus of promotional messaging.
  3. Oversees the creative development and execution of On-Air promotional elements, including launch and episodic promo campaigns for original series, specials, programming stunts, acquisitions, tentpole events as well as brand and image campaigns.
  4. Delivers premium on-air promotions for off-network media campaigns.
  5. Supervises all phases of promo development and execution, including ideation, pitching, copywriting, shoots, direction of talent, and pre- and post- production.
  6. Along with other functional departments, analyzes research and ratings data to develop and maintain effective On-Air Promo strategy for launch and sustaining phases of campaigns.
  7. Ensures successful creative development by providing clear and timely briefing and presentation to the Controller of Programming.
  8. Works as ambassador to other departments through effective and timely communication of the team's schedule, bandwidth, and expertise.
  9. Effectively manage the team's budget, resources, logistics, and schedule.
  10. Develops and delivers clear creative briefs to internal and external creative teams.
  11. Provides managerial leadership for the team. Sets and monitors the policies and guidelines of it.
  12. Strengthens creative and communication skills of the team through mentorship and guidance. Provides training and growth opportunities to staff though goal-setting, feedback, and experience.
  13. Works closely with other Department Heads ensure maximum production efficiency as well as consistency across platforms.
  14. Works closely with Programming Strategy unit to develop appropriate campaign plans.
  15. Reports directly to Controller of Programming.

    Basic Qualifications:

  1. Degree or Diploma holder (or equivalent) in Film/ TV/ Multimedia/ Advertising/ Marketing.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in TV Production and creating promotion for television, with two to three years in a creative supervisory role in a network environment.
  3. Should possess video graphic skill and proficient in PC Software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro and 3DSMAX/Maya.
  4. Applicant should provide portfolio for application.
  5. Experience directly managing a team of 3 or more people.

Animal Keeping Assistant動物護理員

    職責:

  1. 協助日常動物護理,包括清潔及搬運容器等工作
  2. 負責簡單拍攝工作,以存記錄
  3. 撰寫日常工作報告及資料搜集

    資歷:

  1. 中五或以上程度,曾修讀生物科
  2. 須具最少一年相關工作經驗
  3. 喜愛動物,細心和有耐性,能細心觀察及照顧動物
  4. 具錄影及拍攝知識為佳
  5. 能即時上班者優先考慮
Technician (AV, IT, BS) 影音技術員

    職責:

  1. 協助操作展館內影音器材和日常維修

    資歷:

  1. 中五或以上程度或持有電子、電機、物業設施管理證書 / 學徒證書或同等學歷
  2. 具一年或以上影音經驗及持有電工A牌優先考慮
  3. 需於戶外及公眾假期輪班工作
  4. 對挪亞方舟歷史有濃厚興趣與認識
  5. 具較多經驗者可獲聘為高級技術員
展館演藝/顧客服務員 Customer Services & Performance Host (Arkist) (短期合約)

    職責:

  1. 協助展館日常運作,紀念品銷售
  2. 提供有禮及有效率的顧客服務
  3. 向遊客講解展館內容
  4. 工作上有演藝元素, 有經驗者優先考慮
  5. 對工作熱城及有責任感
